Car Hero Full Service

Clients who want all the benefits of a buyer working in their interests, but none of the hassle of the traditional dealer process prefer our Full Service option. This fee-for-service model gets nearly all the work off your plate, and onto ours.

With this full-service approach clients will receive:

- Initial estimates with the MSRP, invoice, and a target price of the desired vehicle
- Consultation on financing alternatives to maximize your long-term savings
- Assistance with the buy vs. lease question, and the impact on your overall cost
- Location of the exact car you want before visiting a single dealership
- Scheduled test drives (if applicable)
- Provide a trade-in analysis and advice if you have a vehicle to trade
- Negotiate a higher trade-in value through alternate buyers
- Consultation throughout the process (A dealers most profitable department is the F&I)
- Oversee the contract details before you sign
- Coordination of transportation and delivery of vehicle
- Set up delivery of your new car whenever possible

Full Service Pricingis only 1.5% of new or pre-owned* vehicles $20,000 or more. Vehicles under $20,000 will be a flat fee of $350. 50% deposit is due upfront to initiate Car Hero Agent full service, with the balance due at time of sale.
* Pre-owned vehicles that you have located. To have us locate a pre-owned vehicle use the Car Locator service.

Check My Work

This win-win service is perfect for clients who have already negotiated a deal, but want to know they are getting their best price. We get paid only based on the money we save for you. Our largest savings on a single vehicle was an additional $8,900, saving a total of $17,000 off MSRP. Just provide a copy of a written quote from the dealer, including all fees, taxes, and MSRP.

With this service clients will receive:

- Evaluation of each pricing component (from the written order provided by the dealership)
- Full re-negotiation with that dealership or another dealer for the best deal.
- Assistance with the buy vs. lease question, and the impact on your overall cost
- Provide a trade-in analysis and advice if you have a vehicle to trade
- No up fromt fee

Pricing Our fee is based on your additional savings; 50/50. For example, if we save you $2,000, our fee is $1,000, due at the time of sale. Maximum fee is $3,000
